central location efficient staff ample storage
I appreciated the central location. It offered easy access to various establishments. The staff was both cute and efficient. They addressed my needs promptly. The provided room was spacious. It also included ample storage space.
The hallway and stairs did show some signs of wear.

mixed experience, noise a problem

horrendous noise dirty carpets
The noise was horrendous. Outdoor speakers blasted music until 2 am. I was told it would end at 11 pm. breakfast was not available, even though the confirmation said it was. when the fire alarm went off, there was no safety check, and no one answered the phone to address the noise or the alarm. the place felt dirty. Shower heads in the multi-jet shower were black with mold. I found the carpets on the stairs dirty as well.
